Work options: Hybrid Sydney based Office role Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for navigating the Banking Finance Domain? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading Australian financial institution! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming work requests
- Manage estimation and resource assignment
- Create and manage Project Schedules
- Perform regular risk assessment and management
- Develop status reporting
- Lead the project team effectively through testing and implementation phases
- Complete Project shutdown activities
- 5-10 years' Project Management experience in Banking Finance
- Strong market risk/Basel 2.5 domain expertise
- Proven track record of project delivery
- People and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Disciplined, organized approach
- Eagerness to learn, initiative, and flexibility
- Willingness to teach and share skills with team members
- PMP/Prince2 certification
