Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to work for a provider of adult mental health services on a fully remote basis. Role summary The candidate appointed will be joining will be an essential part of the Mental Health leadership team. You and the team will be responsible for delivering a safe and effective service. The post holder will ensure clinical guidelines are maintained aligned with best practice. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical training, audit and support programmes. You will be the focal contact for clinical support, so you will need confident knowledge, and awareness of risk assessment, management and safe guarding. You will also be expected to complete clinical audits , review outcomes, and support with implementing change - This also includes wider leadership working to develop initiatives which can be rolled out within the service. Contract type - permanent Hours – full time ideally, part-time applicants may be considered Salary - £51,000 - £57,000 FTE Experience required: CBT Therapists applying will have BABCP Accreditation along with experience of risk management and clinical supervision.
