Job details

Do you have experience in delivering business transformation projects? Would you love to work as part of a collaborative programme team? Do you excel in building stakeholder relationships throughout the business? If this sounds like you then this could be a great next step for your career. As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering a number of projects throughout the lifecycle of the wider business transformation programme, bringing autonomy and leadership to the role. You'll play a key part in the wider transformation programme, bringing your excellent project management toolkit and demonstrating your ability to select the right tool, technique or approach to solve problems and overcome challenges. Your track record in delivering business facing projects will help you build trust with stakeholders and your project team. Due to the scale of the transformation, a background in delivering a wide variety of projects will be a real benefit. Perhaps you've delivered functional change across HR, Marketing, Finance or Business Development or technology-enabled business-facing change? Maybe you've rolled out a new Target Operating Model or delivered new ways of working or process improvement? This really will be an opportunity to bring all your skills together in a challenge and rewarding role. Previous experience of project delivery in a fee-earning environment will be an advantage to understand the complexities of delivering change within a partnership model. If this has sparked your interest, we'd love you to apply for the role and don't worry if you don't have an up to date CV, reach out and we can discuss further. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office each week and the remaining days remote. All applicants will receive a response.
