Role Location: UK ( Hybrid / Remote ) Salary range: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience. SGS are the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company. Job Description The SGS Academy are dedicated to delivering innovative and impactful learning experiences. With a commitment to excellence, we empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential through cutting-edge instructional design and technology-driven learning solutions. As the Global Training Product Manager, you will manage the SGS training portfolio to encompass creation, development, storyboarding, build of new digital courses and modernise / customise existing digital courses using the latest instructional design techniques / learning theories. You’ll work closely with the Global Training Course Manager and relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure all finished products meet SGS Academy brand guidelines, identifying outsourcing when required to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Qualifications The successful candidate will have extensive experience in instructional design with significant experience in a leadership or management role. You’ll demonstrate proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies, with hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Elucidat) or similar software. In addition, we’re also interested in candidates with:
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail, with a passion for designing innovative and engaging learning experiences.
