Salesforce Consultant - Service Cloud

• Day Rate (Outside IR35)
• 6+6 Month Contract
• Mostly Remote Working

You will be joining an award winning and well established global SaaS based business. As the Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, you will be working within a highly experienced product team, making improvements, changes and features to the Service Cloud platform. Requirements:

• Admin or Consultant level experience across Service Cloud
• Working experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (Knowledge-Centered Service methodology)
• Strong experience with Onmi Chanel, Live Chat and ChatBot
• Must have Salesforce Lightning experience
• ITSM Service Management experience
• Must be a Solutionist. Provide solutions and improvement ideas.
• Take requirements from the business, understand and make recommendations
• Follow clear processes for changes - follow business requirements
