A dynamic organisation in Bolton is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join their busy HR team on a fixed-term contract basis (3-6 months initially). This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact and support on a project. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and project-based tasks. This role requires someone adept at handling employee relations matters, managing casework, and providing general HR support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to the HR team with employee relations inquiries, managing casework, and grievances.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
  • Immediately available or on short notice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to make a real difference during a very busy period. The position offers a hybrid working model with ideally 4 days in the office per week, offering some flexibility if needed. Office-based role located in Bolton. Salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE).
