CDL-B Company Driver - 3yrs EXP Required - OTR - Household Goods - $3.2k - $4.5k per month - Atlas Expedited LLC

Hiring OTR Straight Truck Driver CDL-B. Atlas Expedited LLC ("Atlas") is a 1 truck company that was started in December of 2022 by two brothers out of Bay City, MI. One brother has a finance background and manages the back-office work, while the other has 15 years of operational experience working for a global leader in the logistics industry.  The company owns and operates a 2015 Freightliner Cascadia with 100-inch sleeper and a 22 foot box. The truck has an auxiliary power unit (generator) for comfort while parked overnight. The truck has a GVWR of 33k+ and a CDL-B license is required. We are looking for a driver for over the road (“OTR”) hauls that may take them all over the United States. We can be flexible with time-off and vacation schedules but may ask for the driver to be on the road for up to 1 month at a time (or longer depending on driver preference). We haul general cargo and no special endorsement is required. We also can be flexible with the truck location. If the applicant has available parking at their apartment/home, the truck may be parked onsite for quick mobility. Qualifications: · Must be able to read and write English · Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 56-175 pounds · Possess a CDL-B license or higher with air brake endorsement · Possess a current medical card · Must have 3+ years commercial driving experience · Pass a pre-employment drug screen   Responsibilities · Be on the road for up to 1-month at a time. Atlas will work around vacation and time-off requests as possible. · Conduct pre-trip and post-trip evaluation and complete all required documentation of assigned vehicle on a daily basis, following the company operation procedure · Execute scheduled route plans · Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned broker · Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of general cargo (no hazmat)· Obtains required signatures from customers as needed · Ensures assigned delivery vehicle receives basic servicing according to the maintenance schedule · Maintains professional demeanor, and customer service orientation in daily deliveries to customers · Completes logs and reports as requested · Maintains basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other pertinent data as needed   Benefits  · 40 – 50 CPM based on location and experience. · Driver can expect 90,000+ miles per year · Convenience of parking at own home · Generous pet and rider policies   Questions?
