Client Delivery Manager

Due to an influx of new clients, we’re currently looking to welcome a motivated, experienced Project Manager to our growing team to help manage multiple ongoing projects and help us to continually drive success for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse range of digital marketing projects, including long-term SEO and content marketing retainers, one-off web development projects, social media campaigns, and PPC.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Utilise project management software to track project progress, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Generate comprehensive reports, pulling insights from Paymo and other tools, to review project outcomes, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan future activities.
• Monitor team productivity and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our project management processes and standards.
• Provide exceptional client service, acting as the main point of contact for project-related queries and updates.

• Ideally 3+ year(s) of experience as a project manager in an agency environment
• Experience creating gantt charts and running project stand ups & retrospectives
• Proven experience as a project manager in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, specifically Paymo, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the agency's growth and success.
