Senior Support to CEO (Self-employed - Initial 6-month contract – remote working)  Following a successful 6-month period and review, the contract could be extended. The AC, established in 2002 has a thriving membership in 90+ countries, made up of professional coaches; academic, training, and service providers; along with leader coaches working within SME’s to large multinationals, building coaching cultures.   About the Role Due to our international expansion, we have an exciting opportunity Senior Support to CEO . We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and resourceful candidate with international experience, to work closely with members of the AC, the International Team, Shared Services teams and our CEO.   Reporting to the CEO, this is a multi-faceted role that underpins the international growth and development plans for the Association for Coaching. You will be simultaneously supporting communications, people, and managing a diverse range of international operational activities and projects, you will also provide senior support to the CEO. You will have excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management skills; you will work with others to make things happen!  The ideal candidate has international experience and will have excellent project management, events management, marketing and copy writing skills, working within fast-moving, multi-national organizations. You are likely to have background working as an International Coordinator, Manager, or International Executive Assistant. Role Deliverables / Focus Areas Project and Task Management · Ensure initiatives and tasks are tracked and monitored and independently manage and prioritize assignments, using your excellent project planning and management skills · Proactively and consistently monitor activities and regularly draw CEO attention to key activities and requirements and manage time sensitive reminders for the CEO. · File management (using Dropbox etc.) ensuring files are stored with appropriate version control and follow good document management principles.    Relationship and Stakeholder Engagement · Provide a timely response to the International Team members queries and requests, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Engage with the Shared Services teams to maintaining effective professional relations and ensure the needs and requirements from the International Team members are supported. · Draft and write up summary notes and emails from meetings with International Team members and CEO. As this is a virtual role and there will be regular telephone, Skype and Zoom team meetings across international time zones.   Marketing and Communication · Write regular internal and external communications, emails and marketing campaigns, including newsletters, and presentations, using your copywriting and marketing skills. · Produce and coordinate presentations, using your excellent written communication skills.   Skills Requirements · Marketing skills, in particular, copywriting with strong written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to plan and prioritize own workload and that of the CEO · Bi-lingual in English and ideally 1 + language (French / Spanish / Portuguese / German / Mandarin / Arabic)· Experienced in managing a varied workload and working with numerous stakeholders, and executing multiple plans · Building strong relationships throughout the organization and with key stakeholders · Minimum 8 years previous experience working internationally in large multi-national companies in a similar role Support to CEO/Executive Assistant capacity    Personal qualities · Thrive under pressure with the ability to prioritize and adapt to change, flex, and be creative with solutions-based approach · Being responsive and proactive in communicating with team members internationally and working collaboratively. · Sees themselves as part of a team, seeks and accepts direction, asks questions, offer suggestions and doesn’t mind doing whatever it takes. · A self-starter with capacity to work alone and is self-directed.    Rate and Hours We are seeking a self-employed candidate available to work up to 90 hours per month , (delivered daily Monday to Friday) for an initial 6-month contract.
