Procurement Manager - Transformation Location: Berkshire (Hybrid basis, 1-2 times per week) Salary: £50-60,000 plus package Join a leading UK organisation in their dynamic journey towards procurement transformation. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic restructuring and change across various spend areas, both direct and indirect. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape category approaches, lead competitive tenders, and ensure contracted expectations are met and improved throughout the life cycle. - Strategic Vision: Drive forward strategic change across diverse spend areas, covering both indirect services and direct goods/equipment
- Innovative Thinking: Introduce new ideas to enhance commercial value and modernise procurement’s impact
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategies in line with broader organisational goals
- Good understanding of pre and post-deal processes and experience in complex supply chain environments
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, plus bonus package.
- Flexible Working: Balance remote and office work, with approximately 3 days WFH and 2 days in a modern Berkshire HQ.
- Annual Leave: 26 days increasing to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
