Residential Building Surveyor - Bristol

AssocRICS/MRICS Remote working Building Surveyor - Bristol / Bath - £45 - 65,000, plus car allowance, plus bonus - depending on experience. Our client is the sister company of one of the largest and most success nationwide Survey generating business, making them a slightly unique proposition as job security and genuine potential for career progression as they expand. They are very likable outgoing close knit team who are happy to offer ongoing support, ongoing training and have their sister company behind them to offer very good job security without unnecessary pressure. They have made it clear that they do not plan on becoming a larger corporate, more so a mid-sized independent which geared towards quality reporting over mass output, and where their Surveyors are happy longer term. They are currently a team of around six Surveyors across the country. They focus on quality over quantity and where there may be an occasion where you are carrying out two L2's per day, there will be no expectation for two L3's. They do not carry out much secured lending work but do carry out a few L1's (no probate or matrimonial). For reporting they use iPads along with core logic and go report.  They are also open to the idea of longer term collaboration with the Surveyors who them employ, should you wish to go self employed in the coming years, they are in a position with their sister company to support you and put work your way on a split basis, depending on your relationship with them.
