Complexion Glow + Refillable Compact Press: Tatler titles Environ Focus Care Moisture+ HA Hydrating Serum as ‘Best Green Packaging’ We are seeking an exceptional Remote Corporate Educator with a wealth of passion, enthusiasm, and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to provide exceptional training across all of our brands while being highly adaptable and flexible to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. This role will be working at various locations mainly across London, but with travel to salons, spas and clinics across the UK and Ireland. THIS PERSON WILL NEED TO BE BASED IN OR NEAR LONDON FOR THIS ROLE. This role will be working in salons and clinics 3-4 times a week in London Car allowance (£6,000) or travel expenses paid for. Must be able to travel and be flexible if plans change at short notice. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting training sessions for groups of 2-12 skincare professionals on iiaa brands.
• Working with doctors, aestheticians, dentists and nurse practitioners to the highest standard, ensuring comprehensive understanding of our products and treatments, thereby enhancing sales outcomes.
• Running education sessions and lesson plans in coordination with Key Account Managers/Retail Managers, ensuring alignment with the educational needs of each visit
• Working at PR events and HQ activities to engage with influencers, press, and other stakeholders, providing educational insights and adding value to brand interactions.
• Promoting the iiaa brands, products, and training services, while offering technical support and advice to clients.

• NVQ level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with electrical qualifications.
• PC skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, and Zoom.
• Comfortable using technology for teaching and communication.
• Experience working with skincare brands, including medical-grade skincare, within aesthetics and dermatology clinics.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, nutrition, and makeup artistry.
