Project Manager

We are looking for a 'Project Manager' to work in accordance with our client who is one of the leading companies in technology industries.What qualities are we looking for in our new colleague?• Graduated from departments such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics at universities.• Analytical thinker and solution-oriented.• Minimum 5 years of project experience in the IT sector.• Experienced in customer relations, team player, possessing effective communication skills.• Strong persuasion skills and capable of making practical decisions.• Keeps abreast of developments in the field.• Able to work in a high-paced environment.• High awareness, dynamic, and results-oriented.• Inclined towards the agile working principle.What are we expecting from a Project Manager?• Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, organizing necessary face-to-face and online meetings within the scope of project management.• Ensuring effective communication with the customer.• Determining project requirements, preparing the project plan in line with scope, resources, time, and budget.• Monitoring adherence to the plan in all stages of projects such as initiation, analysis, development, testing, and coordinating with product development, sales, and support teams.• Preparing deployment plans for projects, coordinating with customers, and implementing go-live steps together with the customer side.• Managing risks that could disrupt the project plan and planning measures to mitigate their impact.• Providing all necessary planning, reporting, and documentation for project processes.• Managing communication and contractual processes with external stakeholders and service providers.• Monitoring the efficiency of the project and developing recommendations when necessary.• Conducting crisis management by taking necessary actions in crisis situations.• Using applications for tracking errors and issues.• Conducting presentations and reporting to senior management at specific intervals regarding projects.If it's a perfect fit for you, click on the job posting and submit your application!
