Role Summary
SimpleKYC is recruiting for an Account Manager in our Customer Success team. The role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to account management.Required Skills and Experience

Responsibilities
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key clients
- Understanding and addressing clients’ business needs
- Facilitating successful onboarding of products/services
- Serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and escalations
- Proactively engage with clients to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities including monthly governance forums
- Address and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive NPS
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management
- Contribute to the revenue growth (incentive-based)
