NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading global technology company. They are looking to expand their team and bring on a Service Coordinator on a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension! Location: Notting Hill. Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote
- Facilitating efficient scheduling of jobs and assigning of technicians
- Liaising with clients to arrange the delivery of parts and equipment relevant to the job and other procurement needs
- Utilise business ERP systems and processes to optimiseoperations effectiveness including monitoring and analysingto drive business performance as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying contract types and scheduling service tasks at appropriate intervals ahead of time to reduce risks and potential call outs.
- Previous experience as a Coordinator or Administrator
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce
- Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office – e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive and highly organised
