Are you a stakeholder engagement specialist looking for your next challenging and rewarding role? The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, where you'll be developing and implementing community and stakeholder education and engagement activities for our transformation projects. This is a fixed-term, full-time position and is located in the Brisbane CBD. The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is on a transformation journey! We're looking for a dynamic and experienced stakeholder engagement professional to join our team and help us to respond to the diverse and growing needs of Queensland's rental sector and fulfil our vision of ‘renting that works for everyone'.  As a Senior Advisor Education and Engagement, you'll lead the stakeholder engagement and education activities for key projects, working with audience groups across the state. You'll be part of a specialist team within the RTA's Transformation Office, providing high-quality service, advice and support to a portfolio of change initiatives delivering a major digital transformation program.  You will be operating in a fast-paced environment where your expertise, innovative thinking and energetic delivery will help to achieve successful project outcomes as well as the RTA's strategic and transformation objectives. To be successful you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated, targeted engagement and education plans for complex projects, targeting internal and external audiences. 
  • Proven experience working in, and delivering, as part of a multidisciplinary team including change management, communication, training and development, and other subject matter experts. 
  • Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to confidently work under pressure, including managing shifting and emerging priorities. 
  • Proven experience collaborating and partnering with diverse community and sector stakeholders to identify and respond to issues and needs, deliver high-quality outcomes and extend positive influence. 
  • The ability to facilitate productive and engaging stakeholder meetings, including forums, reference groups, workshops and targeted engagement. 
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, backed by a strong attention to detail.
