Sydney, New South Wales, Australia IT Contract Service Desk Analyst// Desktop Support Level 2 Operator/ Active Directory Services SME We are looking for EUC Consultant to join a project in Sydney Location. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.
Requirements
- Provide 2nd level PC/Application/Peripheral support via phone, email, face to face and re-mote support tools
- Resolve incidents and action tasks/service requests
- Perform user/department relocations
- Maintaining/supporting devices such as multi-function printers and scanners
- Liaise with vendors and other third parties to arrange repair of faulty equipment or service
- Incident ownership and escalation
- Ensure response and resolution targets are met
- Create/maintain relevant documentation, procedures, and the company-wide Asset Register
- Experience supporting meeting room A/V equipment
- Network Troubleshooting (Patching, Lead testing)
- Corporate Security Investigations
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework (Privilege Management for Windows, Remote Support, Privilege Remote Access is a plus).
- Support system maintenance tasks, incidents, and break/fix response including on-call.
- Documentation and up-keep of shared knowledge all aspects of the toolset as appropriate with other support teams
