About the Role: The IT Client Trainer will help ensure that our team members are well-equipped to use technology. This will create a smoother service for our stakeholders and technical teams. This is a remote friendly role reporting to the Senior Manager or IT Client Services You Will:

  • Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct formal classroom sessions and virtual training for staff.
  • Prepare trainers to deliver content across the organisation, maintain accurate records of training sessions and attendance.
  • Provide feedback on vendor service performance across the supply chain to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, following team member training
  • Contribute to monthly performance service review meetings with partners.
  • Lead monthly training reviews and create monthly IT Newsletters, ensuring training content is included
  • Understand IT systems, and tools. Working with technical teams, address technical issues and providing training solutions.
  • You Have:
  • Minimum 5 years of IT Training experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft products (O365, SharePoint) and collaborating with multiple IT teams, internally and externally
  • Have worked in multinational environments that span the globe
