Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Office Technology Specialist. Position type: Full time Contract. Duration: 6+ Months Location: Lakeland, FL (100% remote) As an Office Technology Specialist, you will have: Skills Required:
- Minimum 30-40 wpm typing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical position, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to learn and follow complex processes and procedures that may not be fully documented.
- High degree of accuracy performing repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as an ability to follow standards.
- A high degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Familiar with request process or ticketing system
- Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA and/or PCI access management requests
- Working with various business areas across Client to analyze their requests for computing hardware, software and/or access to various systems (LAN, Active Directory, Host, UNIX, SAP, etc.)
- Assuming ownership of requests and tracking requests to closures
- Verifying the work of others
- Learn and follow documented processes and procedure steps.
- Maintain high degree of accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
