Please see job description below: Remote only candidates will not be considered Job type: Contract to hire Start date: As soon as onboarding – initially through May 5, 2025 Worksite: Must be able to work 3 days a week onsite in Bloomfield Hills, MI (T, W, TH) Primary role: Recruitment for FTE roles with a focus on Engineering related to the Automotive Industry This person will play a key role in driving recruiting strategies, scalable processes, and act as the subject matter expert for all talent acquisition needs in the region. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and other cross functional partners to drive innovative talent acquisition solutions within the region. Your job will be to develop a recruitment strategy, recruit, and help to hire top talent that will support company growth. We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions. Additional experience and skills that will set you apart:
Experience in the automotive industry recruiting for related engineers is highly preferred. Max bill rate of $73/hr, must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future as this is a temp to hire position.
