Graduate Recruitment Consultant £25-30K Base + OTE - 38K-50K (First year target earning)99% Remote role. The role is within the our technology Search & Resourcing Group - Specializing in AI, Software, Defence, Electronics, and Renewable Tech Location: Fully Remote (with monthly Sales meetings in Exeter monthly- Quarterly team nights away + Summer and Winter Retreat. 1. Collaborate with clients to facilitate their global talent acquisition strategies, providing proactive solutions and top-tier candidates.
2. Proactively source new clients, leads, and insights to complement your role in candidate delivery. Utilize multiple platforms to engage and captivate both passive and active candidates.
3. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering essential information and advice.
