HTML5 Games Developer £55,000-£75,000 Oxford – Flexible/Remote Harvey Nash have partnered with a global business well established within the online gaming/gambling industry who have ambitious growth plans heading into 2024. The company have a wide array of clients ranging from independent gaming studios to the world’s largest online casinos delivered into by teams across UK, Canada, South Africa, and China. The successful Frontend HTML5 Developer will be a key player in producing 3 games a month! The main requirements of the role is to have excellent experience on well-structured frontend architecture. You don't need to have previous industry experience but being collaborative and confident working on multiple projects is important. The role is at Senior level so there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities at lead level if that was to be of interest. Should you choose, this role will allow you to expand your leadership capabilities as you progress in the company. The team go into the office once a month. However, this is flexible to an extent where they can do less frequently or more frequently depending on your preference. The ideal skillset of the Senior Frontend HTML5 Developer

  • Strong commercial experience working with Typescript and HTML5
  • Experience with PixiJS, Phaser or other JavaScript gaming/animation frameworks
  • Proficient knowledge of animations techniques using WebGL or Canvas 2D APIs.
