Graduate Technical Lead - Telecommunications Engineer - Healthcare We are in the enviable position to offer a rare opportunity for a highly technically minded and innovative recent Graduate in either IT, Electronics or Electrical engineering to join our growing Queensland Team based at West End. Rauland delivers ICT Solutions with our applications to enrich the healthcare and aged care experience. We deploy technologies including rapid and emergency response, patient engagement systems, data insights, real-time location services and clinical decision support tools. About the role: We’ll provide a strong foundation for your career with us by helping you build valuable knowledge and supporting you on rotation through various roles and teams to gain exposure to our business and find your niche. You will gain experience amongst others, in: Technical Services: + Learning to master system programming, technical design, shop drawings and commissioning processes + Gaining in-depth technical insight into our solutions; learning to solve complex technical issues + Developing knowledge to become a technical leader in our team Projects: Field Service: + Mastering field service + Supporting our solutions and + Driving Customer Service Outcomes + The role will require occasional travel to regional locations as required. About You: You are a team player who is self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic and enjoys building strong relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally. You are naturally curious and love to learn. You thrive on challenges, finding solutions, being methodical, proactive and accountable. A fast-paced environment will suit you well. Qualifications and Desirable Skills needed + A bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or in the final year of study + High-level knowledge of Windows, Linux, Embedded Operating Systems, Modern Networking Standards and remote system access methods + Strong understanding of IT systems and IP networking + Strong computer skills + A willingness to work in different environments, varying from clinical environments to construction sites + Full and current driver's licence We Offer: We are committed to ensuring our people belong and helping them reach their highest potential, in so doing maximising their career success.
