Account Manager - Creative and Media Sparro x Jack Nimble
The Account Manager – Creative and Media is a group role sitting between Jack Nimble and Sparro that lives and breathes performance creative, and is passionate about driving results for clients. They are on the pulse of trends, results and research, becoming the group’s go-to specialist for tactical, data-driven assets. They understand what sort of creative drives clicks and purchases and love working directly with clients and cross functional teams. They are able to work consultatively – advising clients on best practice and opportunities, and delivering strategies – while also leading the delivery of assets via the Jack Nimble creative and production teams. They love media and creative, and making them work in unison. Please note, only candidates with rights to work and live in Australia will be considered for the role. RESPONSIBILITIES Consultancy- Advise Sparro team and clients on creative best practice; drawing on external and primary research, data analysis, and trends.
- Maintain oversight on asset performance across Sparro media clients, proactively exploring opportunities to consult on creative performance.
- Develop and maintain best practice documentation and training materials.
- Maintain a pulse to emerging formats, trends, channels and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and deliver creative measurement reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Explore and scope opportunities to deliver performance assets to Sparro media clients, building a process to price and pitch projects.
- Manage and steer the creation and delivery of assets for your clients by drawing on the Jack Nimble team.
- Briefing and managing campaign delivery in line with best practices, data, trends, and the client’s brief and brand guidelines.
- Manage performance creative clients and the associated Sparro stakeholders throughout projects.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve the performance creative product.
- Broad exposure to, and understanding of, performance media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Display).
- Experience in ecommerce / retail or a digital-first business.
- 4+ years hands-on experience in one or more streams of media, creative or production.
- Experience working with, or in, creative and production teams.
- 2+ years experience owning and managing client relationships.
- An advanced ability to independently research, plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
The performance of the Account Manager – Creative and Media will be determined based on their ability to:
- Drive media results through creative consultancy and campaign delivery.
- Develop and grow the performance creative product.
- Improve the knowledge of performance creative across the group, while building trusted relationships
- Deliver training, benchmarks, trends and reports on creative best practice.
- Be a culture and values advocate for Sparro and Jack Nimble.
