Early Friday Finishes: We have a 35.5 working hour week, each Friday we finish early so you can make the most of your weekend! YAY! Hybrid Working: We believe being in the office is best for building relationships, learning and collaboration, but you have the flexibility to work from home when it works for you and your workload. Flexible Working Hours: Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day. Full time working hours are 35.5 per week. Holidays:  You’ll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave. 5 Year Bonus: Once you reach your 5 year anniversary you get an extra 2 weeks pay to celebrate a half decade milestone! Social Team Activities:  A mixture of in the office and out of the office activities, we make sure we have regular things planned to help build strong relationships. Structured Review Process & Clear Career Paths: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. Role overview: In the role of Performance Specialist , you will be instrumental in crafting and honing digital marketing strategies that are not just effective but transformative. This position is ideal for those with solid foundational experience but hungry to propel their skills to new heights within the digital marketing realm. Key responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Manage advertising budgets, conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, and undertake comprehensive keyword research
• Develop targeted audience setups and optimise campaigns to surpass conversions and key performance indicators
• Analyse and leverage performance data to refine strategies and report insights back to stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the strategic and commercial objectives of the Performance department
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure stellar service delivery to our clients
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning to constantly enhance your digital marketing prowess

• 2-4 years of demonstrated success in managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Experience with additional channels is a plus
• Fluent in English with stellar communication skills (German Language skills are beneficial)
• A relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
