You will contribute to strategy and plans development, execution of shopper strategies and activations, and ensure initiatives are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. - Retail Team Support: Consult with Retail teams to identify priority POS and merchandising tools to maximize display and offtake, then steer creative development, print, and distribution for generic and national POS programs.
- Leadership of Day-to-Day Operations: Including budget management, retail flyer creative and coordination; maintenance of key activation calendars, leadership of consumer email program (calendar, content strategy, deployment).
- Customer Support & Brand Consultancy: Lead development, execution, and post-analyses of unique customer programs aligned to brand and retailer strategies; deploy best practices for key shopper activations (e.g. shelf blades, coupons); coordinate in-store sampling activations with agencies.
- In-Store Partnerships and Promotions: You will lead execution of national partner programs and promotions, including development of in-store creative, coupons and communication materials; collaborate across many functions at Kellanova (inclusive of but not limited to Sales, Innovation, Finance, Brand).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Marketing with cross-functional experience in account management, omni-channel/shopper marketing, and/or trade marketing in a Tier 1 CPG company considered an asset.
- Proven project management skills with a strong bias for action and high proficiency for multi-tasking.
- Demonstrated capability in budget management.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with internal and external stakeholders (cross-functional, agencies, retail customers)
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced skill in MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
