You will manager policy changes, endorsements, claims and other client inquiries with precision and professionalism, be it digitally, over the phone or in person.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct policy changes and endorsements for clientsAnswer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office in personAssist clients with reporting claims to the insuring companyReview policies and recommend coverages to clients based on individual needsRespond to carrier requests for information on existing policies with supportComplete an ITV on system for property policies with supportUse an ARS system to provide quotes to insureds with supportProcess client payments and assist with billing inquiriesResponsible for PAL, Hagerty and Elite PoliciesSign applications with clients as arranged and communicate any discrepanciesWork closely with other departments to service clients requestsAdherence to all company health and safety policiesOur Ideal Candidate:Has a RIBO license/OTL in good standing (CAIB is also considered an asset)Has worked in the insurance industry for 3+ years in personal linesDemonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrityHas excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWorks well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where neededInteracts with patience, enthusiasm and dedicationApproaches learning and professional development with enthusiasmPays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracyThe CompanyDuliban Insurance Brokers is an award-winning third generation brokerage that has been consistently named a top insurance workplace, winning Brokerage of the Year (2019), and Lincoln’s Business of the Year (2022).
