Due to an acquisition and expansion in the APAC region, they now seek the services of an outgoing and driven Graduate or Customer Service Consultant (proficient in English and Mandarin), who wants to progress and start their career in software and consulting. Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be liaising with a variety of different clients, suppliers, industries, and markets. You will be the first point of contact for all questions, be it capabilities of the software, general questions, or inquiries that need to be lodged with the Tech team. Primary Duties & Responsibilities include: Proactively service and support supplier/distributor clients. Conduct training on products via phone, web-based and face-to-face meetings. Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects. Field incoming calls, handle contractor customer inquiries, and troubleshoot problems. Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections. Proactively analyse customer service processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement. To be considered for this position: Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience. Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications Demonstrated leadership skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Solid analytical and problem-solving ability In return, you will receive full training on the product and on-going support as the company grows.
