Key Responsibilities As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), your role will include:

• Establishing and organizing work sites
• Efficient site management
• Supervising small teams including Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTM), Traffic Management Operatives (TMO) and Pilot Drivers
• Reporting on job progress
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• We require individuals who can think on their feet and offer effective solutions to resolve traffic-related challenges on-site. Strong interpersonal skills are imperative for building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
