The Role This role is suitable for someone who expresses an interest in Customer Service and are looking at learning to process customer orders and documentation and communicating with customers in this side of the 3PL business. You will be ensuring our Customer Service standards are met across all services provided. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our fun and hard-working customer services team. We offer an excellent working environment, with a focus on supportive learning from experience and long-serving Customer Services team members. We have a motivated and highly capable team of people and offer competitive remuneration and conditions. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with ordinary hours of 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and is based in East Tamaki. Key responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry
- Processing customer orders and documentation
- Training and upskilling opportunities.
