We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team, on a part-time basis for 8 months parental leave cover. This role is perfect for someone looking to join a fun and dynamic team, where your accounts experience will be recognised and valued. About the role: As an integral member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the Finance Team to assume ownership of the Accounts Receivable function within our organisation. Your role will include: • Supervising the accounts email correspondence • Managing customer inquiries through our case management system • Handling incoming phone calls • Ensuring accuracy in daily bank payments reconciliation • Distributing invoice copies • Issuing monthly statements • Managing debtor, including communication with customers regarding unpaid invoices and sending suspension notices • Processing credit requests • Addressing ad-hoc tasks as needed A bit about you: Among many other skills and talents, your strengths and experience are: • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Prior experience in accounts receivable • Systems: Oracle NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) skills preferred but not mandatory)• Familiar with Cloud-based phone systems About us: We’ve been helping people buy, sell, or rent property since 1996.
