Job Description
We are a friendly, dedicated, child focused team of teachers and are looking to replace a team member who is moving on in their own learning journey. We have two Centers; one is licensed for 50 children and the other is licensed for 21 children. You will be required to serve both centers. The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting children aged 0-5 years, including their care routines, collaborating in self-reviews and internal evaluations, actively managing, supporting and improving the indoor / outdoor curriculum. In return, we offer a well-resourced center, a professional drama-free environment, easy to manage working hours (9am - 5.30pm) with one opening per week, leadership & professional development opportunities, support with teacher registration, first aid training, extended pay parity for all qualified teachers, and Montessori training if this interests you, also a petrol reimbursement if you are commuting from outside Lower Hutt. You must live locally and have a driving license and vehicle.
