- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for all stages of the projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management principles and best practices.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality management systems.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding quality-related matters and participate in client meetings as needed.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance in civil engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Must have at least 5-7+ years' experience for Advisor level, and 8-10+ years' experience for Manager level.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality management, specifically in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for quality management and data analysis.
- Salary package: Advisor level - $80k - $100k + car, Manager level - $100k - $130k + car (negotiable based on skills & experience).
