Job Title: Physiotherapist Location: Lifemark View Royal 1517 Admirals Rd Unit 104, Victoria, British Columbia Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time $3,000 Signing Bonus available. This is a full-time Physiotherapist position in our sunny View Royal clinic, just steps to the Gorge waterway and an easy commute from anywhere in the area. You will have an opportunity to work with a variety of clients from work-place injuries, pelvic floor, to veterans, to someone who hurt themselves playing sports. We have a team that includes physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists and registered massage therapists and lead our team in Victoria. Our team also includes clinicians that specialize in concussion, vestibular issues, chronic pain and pelvic floor therapy. We guarantee 30-minute 1:1 follow-ups with the clients so that you can provide high-value care. Diverse Caseload: Expect a diverse, stable caseload with the flexibility to integrate pre-existing clients. Qualifications: Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university. Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia. Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus. New Graduates with licenses are welcome to apply. Certification in IMS/ Dry Needing and Pelvic Health is considered an asset. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others. Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision. Key Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning. Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery. Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic. Utilize e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations. Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
