About the job ECMS is a specialist advisory and consultancy company with a strong track record of delivering complex regional change and transformation programmes for enterprise clients. The successful candidate must have solid experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Model (HRSD), and contribute towards the large-scale transformation programme for a reputable enterprise, on a rolling 1-year contract. Duties: • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules to enhance our HR service delivery processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage project timelines • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery • Train end users on new system functionalities and best practices • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure project milestones are met Requirements: • University degree educated • At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR transformation projects • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules is a must • PMP or similar certification is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communicationStrong communication and stakeholder management skills If this sounds like you, send me your resume at dalvinder.kaur@ecmanagedsolutions.com" and let's chat about how you can make a difference in their transformation journey!
