The Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) for Leica Biosystems Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. This position is part of the DACH Sales Unit located in Wetzlar, Germany and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the DACH Sales Team and report to the National Sales Manager responsible for supporting the DACH sales team (Account Managers, Sales and Application Specialists) in commercial processes and customer interaction, working closely with Customer Care and Marketing teams. - Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and seminars to communicate opportunities.
- Support price improvement initiatives on contract sales working together with Commercial Operations and sales management.
- Work in a high motivated team of account managers and sales managers to determine best contract offerings on a case by case basis.
- First years working experience within a customer service environment, preferably tele sales
- Effective time management and personal organization, able to use own initiative.
- Fluent in German is mandatory, plus English on a good understanding level
- Knowledge of SAP order processing and SFDC or other CRM
- Medical Technologies experience nice to have
