We currently offer a position as Human Resources Business Partner in our office in Wetzlar which will be hybrid. In alternative the person can be based at our location in Mannheim, but must take in consideration to travel once per week to Wetzlar. Come join a fantastic team! As the HR Business Partner for our DACH commercial and EMEA Service teams you will serve as an advisor and counsel to assigned functions to help your client group to achieve their business goals through effective HR strategy and provide guidance as needed for effective decision making. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-actively assist, advise managers on all day-to-day Human Resource topics, in accordance with employment law, local best practice, HR policies and DHR processes
- Coach managers in your client group to have the best and diverse organization aligned with business strategy ensuring robust succession plans in place for key roles, strong development plan for key talents with right opportunities, monitoring of all KPIs of HR function (retention, Internal fill rate, diversity, engagement)
- Represent company on the application and interpretation of HR processes & policies and is available for all associates for any sensitive matter. Ensuring the annual Performance appraisal scheme and annual Development scheme takes place with rigor to ensure the continued development of employees
- Support and coach Managers to attract best and diverse candidates, support onboarding, terminations, transfers, employee relations, policies, standard work, and audits
- Working with the HR Coordinator and wider HR delivery team to implement contractual changes and updates, ensuring timely completion in line with payroll deadlines
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a behavioral science
- Experience as an HR Generalist / HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner or HR project with appetite for business support (commercial & Service)
- Experience supporting managers & employees or HR projects across countries
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Fluent German and English, in written and in spoken
