Responsibilities:
- Implementing and managing IT security tools in identity access management, network intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, email security, data leakage protection, and application security.
- Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Monitoring security incidents and responding promptly to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on security best practices to enhance overall security posture.
- Keeping abreast of the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address emerging threats.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing IT security tools, such as identity access management, network intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, email security, data leakage protection, and application security.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with cloud security technologies and practices.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Fluency in Chinese and English languages.
