Responsibilities:
- Support the Windows platform infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, etc
- Hands-on installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and deployment.
- End-to-end project management including feasibility study, planning, implementation, and delivery of projects.
- Support Help Desk on any ServiceNow-related issue.
- Perform system implementation, monitoring, capacity management, and support.
- At least 6+ years of systems administration/support and engineering in a large, enterprise environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange; as well as migrating from on-premise infrastructure to O365 is a must.
- Hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform such as system configuration, workflow automation, administration, and reporting is a plus
- Prior technical support experience for the infrastructure environment of a large and sizeable enterprise/organization
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or AliCloud / Google is preferred.
- Experience writing code/scripts and CI/CD (DSC) would be a plus
- Banking and/or Finance experience is a big plus.
- Good communication skills in English (plus) and Cantonese (must).
