Associate - Data Product Development - Emerging Business & FIC - Markets

Job Duties: Responsibilities: • Assist Product Managers in taking new data products to market and collaborate across various teams and stakeholders throughout the product cycle. • Leverage research and analysis of competitor products, peer performance and the industry landscape to present data and insights that will drive product decisions. • Assist in engagements with various third-party partners. Among other responsibilities this will include first line support and facilitating ongoing communication. • Use data and customer interaction to help define new product requirements and ensure client centricity throughout the product pipeline. • Provide excellent customer service and stakeholder management inclusive of direct client support. Requirements: • Relevant undergraduate degree. • At least 3-5 years work experience in Exchange and/or a Data business. • Experience in data analytics packages such as Tableau or Databricks. • Experience working on or with product teams is desired. • Proficiency in JIRA. • Strong analysis and research capabilities. • Experience in a client facing role is desired. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
