Your new company Our client is foreign boutique Private Bank and is currently seeking to hire a Head of Wealth Management to cater its business in Hong Kong. Your new role
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will overlook the P&L of the Wealth Management Department
- Manage a team of RMs and ARMs to cater high net worth clients in the Hong Kong market
- Devise a strategy to capture new business clients and devise tailored private banking solutions for them
- Deliver superior customised and superior services to existing private banking clients
- Collaborate with compliance, AML and risk departments to ensure clients and business transactions are compliant with internal and regulatory standards
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management in Hong Kong
- Strong connections in HK and/or Chinese high net work clients
- Familiar with Hong Kong and European regulations, polices, KYC/AML standards
- Sound knowledge for a range of private banking and wealth management products
- SFC Type 1 and 4 licence or HKMA EO
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Directly report to the Chief Executive and be part of the Senior Management team in Hong Kong branch
