Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory advisor to APAC business and control function
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes and development
- Implement related policies and procedures
- Support new business initiatives and ensure related rules and regulation are identified and followed
- Work closely with other compliance function on projects and other compliance related topics
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in regulatory compliance gained in investment banks / regulatory authority
- Familiar with HKMA and SFC rules and regulation for global markets business
- Strong understanding in fixed income/ equities products
- Experience in advising various business and control functions
