About the company Our client is one of the most well established conglomerates in Hong Kong with offices and operations across Hong Kong and Greater China. With a portfolio of acclaimed subsidiaries in different categories and a vision to strengthen their technology division, they are now seeking for a Senior Operation Manager to cope with their fast expansion About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with executing on the company's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets. Responsible for end-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation, Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analysing, and synthesizing large data sets to C-levels. Working with the incubation and innovation team, you will need to drive problem solving and solution implementation as well as process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale. Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements while supporting strategic goal setting and performance management. Lastly, creating and maintaining existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience of developing strategic plans and corporate objectives
- Experience in successfully leading the delivery of outcomes and transformation in sizeable organization
- Experience working with new technology, incubation and innovation companies will be an advantage
- Have a strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Substantial track record of successful negotiation and implementation of complex commissioning programmes with multiple stakeholder engagement
- Have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth start-ups, Biz Ops role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity will be a big plus
- Have a solid track record of achievement e.g. had success in a top tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities
- Experienced in creating business strategies, dashboard, and operation cost in running a start-up business will be preferred
- Good command in Chinese and English
