Chief Financial Officer - Private Equity

Responsibilities: ● Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including financial reporting, taxation and banking matters ● Facilitate business decisions and optimize allocation of funding and resources amongst business initiatives ● Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities ● Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions ● Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities ● Monitor performance and cash management of operating units, identify issues and make recommendations to the management for related control and procedures ● Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations ● Close liaison with external parties including business partners, auditors, legal advisors, financial advisors, bankers, tax authorities and regulatory bodies Requirements: ● 15+ years of finance management experience with proven track record of management. ● Must have Private Equity experience ● Outstanding presentation and communication skills, good relation with regulators and local government authorities, and good team-work spirit ● Master degree in finance, business administration, economics ● CPA or CFA qualification will be preferred ● Business travel is required ● Excellent communication and business partnership skills ● Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills ● Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English. Mandarin Speaker is highly preferred
