Job details
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years IT working experience. Preferably within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT, including Windows/Linux server, Cisco network/collaboration tech, Huawei Firewall, Hyper-V, Symantec Series Products, Barracuda suite, etc.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing Microsoft office 365 suite and cloud-based services and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent VIP technical support experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE is a plus.
- Ability to complete work under tight time pressure, with strong personal motivation and willingness to put in extra effort to ensure work is completed with efficiency and quality.
- Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) essential. Fluent Mandarin is a plus.
