We are driving together with our partners insidethe global HR team at Leica Microsystems and Danaher the nextRewards and Benefits level within our company. We are a flexibleand dynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaher’s toolkitsfor our core processes and interesting projects in the pipeline toallow you to grow within our team and leave a footprint for ourorganization. Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto:
- GlobalRewards and Benefits Projects: You support internationalprojects in your area of responsibility and proactively participatein local and, where appropriate, globalprojects.
- Optimizationof Rewards and Benefits Processes: You own thedevelopment and implementation of analyses and simulations in thearea of Rewards & Benefits, including the derivation ofrecommendations and their implementation &communication.
- AnnualCompensation Cycle: You contribute to the global annualcompensation cycle including the management of the Incentive andEquity Schemes. You advise HR Business Partners and Managersthroughout the processes and ensure high quality Workday excellencefor compensationtopics.
- GlobalRewards and Benefits Policies: You support the creationand implementation of global or local Compensation & Benefitspolicies and conduct Compensation & Benefits audits - includingpayroll alignment - to ensure the necessarycompliance.
- Jobevaluations: You prepare documentation for positionevaluations (global) assigned to the Global Rewardsarea.
- University'sdegree in Economics, Statistics/Actuarial Sciences, BusinessPhycology
- Several years ofprofessional experience in Compensation and Benefits orPayroll
- Know-how incompensation topics, such as pay structures, incentive plans,equity, etc.
- Excellent Excellevel
- Fluent BusinessEnglish, in written andspoken
