The Company My client is a family office with reputable background. . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to contribute to the financial operations of a prominent family office. The Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including full set reporting, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform financial planning and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with SFC (Securities and Futures Commission) regulations, with a focus on FRR (Financial Resources Rules) reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and software.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and assist with external audits, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, full set reporting, and financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SFC regulations, particularly FRR reporting requirements (SFC 4 and 9).
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, including international accounting standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
