About the Role An internship to provide efficient administrative support on daily operation to the Agency Process Control Team that contribute to the achievement of Agency business targets. To support agency recruitment process, especially handling agents' contracting at iRecruit (Company recruitment e-platform) and IA license registration at IA on-line portal (IA license registration e-platform) so as to provide quality supports on the administration of agent life cycle, and assist in managing assigned projects. Roles and Responsibilities: Agency Registration Routine Operations
- Process agents' contracting, registration and maintain proper licensing record according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.
- Ensure the completeness of documentations received (including the verification supporting document on academic qualification) at iRecruit and IA on-line portal upon receipt of full application.
- Maintain agent record filing as well as prepare/review relevant letters to agent.
- Prepare and arrange regular reports and registration related payment if any.
- Assist immediate manager to establish, review and update the workflows and control procedures on a regular basis.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
- Participate in departmental transformation exercise and participate in system migration/enhancement projects.
- University students in any subject
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attentive to details
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable).
- You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
