Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the long-term & short-term strategies for business in Hong Kong, establish the work plans by refining and driving the business development strategies
- Drive the success of sales strategies on financial products and business performance, managing the branding and customer relations for Hong Kong and China markets
- Coordinate and maintain the agile collaboration and cooperation with segments, product and divisions based on the overall strategies and targets by playing a bridge and connection role, including to liaise with teams in China
- Keep closely monitoring the risk level on related business plans
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration/Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines
- More than 10 years relevant experience in corporate banking industry in financial analysis, strategy and business planning
- Strong financial and business analytical skills, including risk control
- Previous working experience in Chinese banks would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
- Competent in MS office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
