- Supporting HR Growth: collaborate with HR leadership to contribute to the strategic growth of the Human Resources function
- Be the primary point of contact for the Business Leaders based out of LATAM - be able to support and advice key leaders in the region on all employee-related matters
- Employee Management: Oversees various aspects of employee management in the region, including working time, monitoring and controlling absenteeism, holidays, contracts, and events
- Supporting HR Policy Development: contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
- Personnel Administration and Labour Relations: manage and supervise the personnel administration and help the labour relations area to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Incident Resolution: interact with employees to resolve HR-related incidents and concerns promptly and effectively
- Personnel File and Database Management: manage and maintain accurate personnel files and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): develop and monitor key performance indicators related to HR functions, providing regular reports and insights to HR leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- C1 level in Spanish and Portuguese. At least B2 level in English
- At least 5 years of previous HR experience (ideally two working for the Brazilian and Mexican market)
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the countries of the Americas
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead projects and work autonomously
